 I'm
writing a book with the working title “Take Me Back...” and I need your help! I’m
on a mission to find people from all walks of life and from all over the
world to contribute one expression, saying or quote that when you hear
it, makes you reminisce and say to yourself, “Gosh, my mother (father,
grandmother, grandfather) used to say that to me!” Sayings like
"If all
your friends jumped off a bridge, would you jump, too?” My mother used
that one quite often during my teenage years. Of course I didn’t want to
jump off a bridge with them, I just wanted to go on vacation with them!
Got the idea? Great! You
can dedicate your quote to the person that your saying reminds you of
and you are also welcome to write a few lines if you
have a story to share that has to do with your expression that you are
submitting. Complete as many of the sections below that you wish.
One more thought, submitting your entry for my book with the working
title “Take Me Back… ” gives me permission to use the information that
